-Shikhar Dhawan-Who can forget his form the last time India won the Champions Trophy and that too in England. He will still be preferred over Ajinkya Rahane due to his attacking attitude and his IPL form.

-Rohit Sharma-His journey as an opener for team India started with the last Champions Trophy and from there on there is no looking back.He will certainly be India’s goto opener along with Dhawan in the Champions Trophy.

-Virat Kohli -Captain aggressive. No questions about his selection in the team

-MS Dhoni-Best no.4 batsman India has in the present lot of players. Can be too dangerous at that position.

-Yuvraj Singh-Very effective batsman and on his day can rattle any opposition single handedly. Also, his bowling skills will give Captain an extra option as a bowler.

-Kedar Jadhav-He has been in excellent form in the recently concluded ODI series against England and also can roll his arm over if needed. Will be fun to see how he approaches his first ICC tournament

-Hardik Pandya-Pitches in England will need a fast bowling all rounder and we don’t have many options in the all-rounder’s lot. So, he automatically picks himself in the team.

-Ravindra Jadeja-Given his present form and also the way he performed in the last champions trophy, he deserves this place. He also won the golden ball last year.

-R.Ashwin-He is the head of the spin bowling from last few years and his experience will certainly be helpful for team India.

-J.Bumrah-His ability to bowl in death overs is very effective and his recent IPL form also adds to his selection.

-B.kumar-He is a genuine swing bowler in the team and in English Conditions he will certainly be the choice of the captain to open the Bowling for India.

This is my choice of top 11 for Champions Trophy. Please do comment yours.
